Greetings my dear community and readers in general, welcome to an innovative experience through my blog. I take the opportunity to extend my gratitude to this pleasant community as it is @hive-102879 and to the Talent Meeting team for encouraging me every week along with my friend @angelica7 to develop part of the beautiful creations that I share with you continuously through this medium.
A couple of months ago I received the notification that on November 18 the Global Leadership Summit would take place in the city of Merida, this is an event that takes place worldwide in different cities, but its main and presential headquarters is in Chicago and from there it extends through videos to other places, including the well-known city of gentlemen. It was my first experience in this city with this event and you can imagine how my emotions were and my great desire not to miss this enriching knowledge with my perfect complement my beloved husband.
We organized previously for the transfer, food and care of our little ones, since we could not take them there and this was something that left my heart and my emotions divided, on the one hand we were very happy for this new experience, but at the same time I was going to miss our children very much, however they were going to be under the care of my mother in law in whom I fully trusted because she takes care of them very well.
The adventure began full of joy, we moved 23 people in 5 cars, this added a plus to the whole thing because we were going to be surrounded and accompanied by people appreciated by all, so we overflowed with the best energy and attitude to learn each of the teachings we received there, that we contextualize our thoughts and move from innovative ideas to concrete actions that not only benefit us, but we can extend them and motivate others to fight for their dreams.
I am passionate about these topics, they provide me with tools to improve every day in the field where I am developing, in the same way, this trip allowed me to interact with new people, to know their ideas, projects and even to strengthen ties with people who came from my same community and we had never had the time and willingness to talk. This trip allowed me to change my concept of people that I thought were not very talkative and we had never had to spend so many hours together as we did on that trip so that we could summarize our lives and understand each other a little better.
We all left there challenged to trust in our potential, to create a healthy, empathetic and comfortable environment in our work environment, although few of us value these strategies, they are an essential part for a leader to effectively fulfill his role and encourage his team in the same line of ideas to express their need to grow and contribute the best in every project they undertake.
One of the special teachings that I found in that place was to visualize our leader, who has motivated us all to be better people every day, who encourages us to train continuously, being a facilitator of one of the conferences, it was a nice surprise to see him there in front of many people with so much confidence giving a simple and enjoyable explanation as he always does, I felt very proud to be part of the team with my husband, who has been selected to lead the different activities that we develop in our Casa Bonita Living Hope and that is synonymous of the confidence that he has in each one of us about our qualities and talents, so I will continue to develop that great potential in me.

Saludos mi querida comunidad y lectores en general, bienvenidos a una innovadora experiencia a través de mi blog. Aprovecho la oportunidad de extender mi agradecimiento con esta grata comunidad como lo es @hive-102879 y al equipo de Encuentro de Talentos por impulsarme cada semana junto a la amiga @angelica7 a desarrollar parte de las hermosas creaciones que les comparto continuamente por este medio.
Desde hace un par de meses recibí la notificación que el 18 de noviembre se desarrollaría la Cumbre Global de Liderazgo en la ciudad de Mérida, este es un evento que se desarrolla a nivel mundial en diferentes ciudades, pero que su sede principal y presencial es en Chicago y de allí se extiende por medio de videos hacia otros lugares, entre ellas la tan conocida cuidad de los caballeros. Era mi primera experiencia en esta ciudad con este evento y se podrán imaginar cómo estaban mis emociones y mi gran deseo por no perderme de este enriquecedor conocimiento junto a mi complemento perfecto mi amado esposo.
Nos organizamos previamente para el traslado, la alimentación y el cuidado de nuestros pequeños, ya que no podíamos llevarlos para allá y esto era algo que dejaba mi corazón y mis emociones divididas, por un lado estábamos full contentos por esta nueva experiencia, pero al mismo tiempo iba a extrañar muchísimo a nuestros niños, sin embargo iban a quedar bajo el cuidado de mi suegra en quien confió plenamente porque los cuida muy bien.
La aventura inicio lleno de mucha alegría, nos trasladamos 23 personas en 5 automóviles, esto le sumo un plus a todo el asunto porque íbamos a estar rodeados y acompañados de personas apreciadas por todos, por lo que nos rebosamos de la mejor energía y actitud de aprender cada una de las enseñanzas que allí recibimos, que contextualicemos nuestros pensamientos y pasemos de ideas innovadoras a acciones concretas que no solo nos beneficien a nosotros, sino que podamos extenderlas y motivar a otros para luchar por sus sueños.
Estos temas me apasionan, me aportan herramientas para mejorar cada día en el ámbito donde me estoy desenvolviendo, del mismo modo, este viaje me permitió interactuar con personas nuevas, conocer sus ideas, proyectos y hasta para estrechar lazos con personas que venían desde mi misma comunidad y nunca habíamos tenido el tiempo y la disposición para conversar. Este viaje me permitió cambiar mi concepto sobre personas que pensé que eran de poco hablar y es que nunca habíamos tenido que pasar tantas horas juntos como en ese recorrido para que de manera muy resumida hiciéramos un recuento de nuestras vidas y nos comprendiéramos un poco mejor.
Todos salimos de allí retados a confiar en nuestro potencial, a crear un ambiente saludable, empático y confortable en nuestro ámbito laboral, aunque pocos valoremos estas estrategias, estas son parte esencial para que un líder cumpla eficazmente su rol e impulse a su equipo en esa misma línea de ideas a expresar su necesidad de crecer y aportar lo mejor en cada proyectos que emprendan.
Una de las especiales enseñanzas que encontré en ese lugar fue visualizar a nuestro líder, quien nos ha motivado a todos a ser mejores personas cada día, el que nos impulsa a formarnos continuamente, siendo facilitador de una de las conferencias, para todos fue una bonita sorpresa verlo allí delante de mucha gente con tanta seguridad dando una explicación sencilla y amenas como siempre lo hace, por lo que me sentí muy orgullosa de ser parte junto a mi esposo del equipo, el cual ha sido seleccionado para que lideren en las distintas actividades que desarrollamos en nuestra casa Bonita Esperanza Viva y eso es sinónimo de la confianza que tiene en cada una de nosotros sobre nuestras cualidades y talentos, por lo que continuare desarrollando ese gran potencial en mí.
