Espero que se encuentren de maravilla, el día de hoy vengo a compartirles mi apreciación personal sobre el tema del mes que corresponde a la "Satisfacción" y en vista que tengo mucho que decir sobre este sentimiento no podía esperar para unirme y contarles mi punto de vista al respecto, como siempre espero que mi post sea de su agrado, sin más, ¡hablemos un poco!

La satisfacción es ese sentimiento que nos proporciona bienestar cuando hemos logrado u obtenido algo que deseábamos con mucho anhelo, es esa sensación que viene luego de que las cosas salen bien y que además nos traen algo bueno, desde cubrir una necesidad o un gusto hasta lograr un objetivo previamente planteado, no importa cuán pequeño o simple sea, siempre que se cumpla lo que deseamos o nos proponemos se hará presente la satisfacción. Personalmente asocio la satisfacción con la felicidad debido a que considero que la primera puede generar la segunda, estar satisfechos con algo nos permite experimentar la felicidad y emoción cuando vemos que nuestro objetivo ha sido logrado, no puede haber satisfacción a medias, es decir, no hay satisfacción si no se han cumplido nuestras expectativas.
Satisfaction is that feeling that gives us well-being when we have achieved or obtained something that we wanted with great longing, it is that feeling that comes after things go well and that they also bring us something good, from covering a need or a taste to achieving a previously set objective, no matter how small or simple it may be, as long as what we want or propose is fulfilled, satisfaction will be present. Personally, I associate satisfaction with happiness because I believe that the first can generate the second, being satisfied with something allows us to experience happiness and emotion when we see that our objective has been achieved, there can be no half satisfaction, that is, no there is satisfaction if our expectations have not been met.
Hay muchas cosas en la vida que pueden hacernos sentir satisfacción, pueden ser cosas simples pero también complejas, todo depende de la necesidad de la persona y el valor que le dé a sus logros, pues eso hará que sienta satisfacción o no por algo, podemos llegar a sentir satisfacción con objetivo personal, lograr una meta en nuestro trabajo, colegio, o vida privada, un cambio necesario en nuestras vidas puede generarnos satisfacción además de bienestar al mismo tiempo que nos ayuda a crecer.
There are many things in life that can make us feel satisfied, they can be simple but also complex things, it all depends on the person's needs and the value they place on their achievements, because that will make them feel satisfied or not about something, we can Getting to feel satisfaction with a personal objective, achieving a goal in our work, school, or private life, a necessary change in our lives can generate satisfaction as well as well-being at the same time that it helps us to grow.

He tenido muchos momentos felices en mi vida así como muchos tristes pero también ha habido muchos que me han dejado en mí una gran satisfacción y aquí les comparto algunos:
❥ Obtener mi título universitario: Este fue sin duda uno de esos momentos de gran satisfacción en mi vida y no es para menos, luego de unos años por fin pude finalizar de manera exitosa una parte de mi carrera y obtener mi título que me acredita como “Técnico Superior en Electrónica”, fue una época muy emocionante para mí, y con época me refiero a que durante el tiempo de preparación para el acto de grado y demás estuve muy ansiosa y emocionada porque se acercaba el gran día, así que cuando por fin llegó la satisfacción fue tan grande como la felicidad que sentía por haberlo logrado.
I have had many happy moments in my life as well as many sad ones, but there have also been many that have left me with great satisfaction and here I share some of them:
❥ Getting my university degree: This was undoubtedly one of those moments of great satisfaction in my life and it is no wonder, after a few years I was finally able to successfully complete a part of my degree and obtain my degree that credits me as "Higher Technician in Electronics", it was a very exciting time for me, and by time I mean that during the preparation time for the graduation ceremony and others I was very anxious and excited because the big day was approaching, so that when the satisfaction finally came it was as great as the happiness I felt for having achieved it.
❥ Ganar un premio: Como ya les mencioné la satisfacción la puede producir algún acontecimiento pequeño pero siempre que le demos sentido y valor ese sentimiento estará presente, un ejemplo de ello es cuando gano uno de esos concursos de Instagram, la verdad es que han pasado los años y aunque ya estoy algo acostumbrada no puedo dejar de sentir felicidad cada vez que gano uno nuevo, siento mucha satisfacción cuando resulto ganadora en un sorteo porque para mí es como un logro y por más simple que sea el premio lo que realmente me emociona es haber ganado sin importar lo que haya sido.
❥ Winning a prize: As I already mentioned, satisfaction can be produced by some small event but as long as we give it meaning and value, that feeling will be present, an example of this is when I win one of those Instagram contests, the truth is It's just that the years have passed and although I'm somewhat used to it, I can't stop feeling happy every time I win a new one. I feel very satisfied when I win a raffle because for me it's like an achievement and no matter how simple the prize is, I What really excites me is to have won no matter what it was.
❥ Aprender algo y llevarlo a cabo: Este punto encaja bien en la parte de logros personales, de esos que nos generan satisfacción cuando obtenemos algo por nuestra propia cuenta y más aún cuando lo ponemos en práctica, mi ejemplo para este apartado es algo que siempre me ha gustado hacer, aprender cosas por mi cuenta, mi última opción siempre es pedir ayuda así que lo intento primero yo sola y es bastante satisfactorio poder lograrlo por cuenta propia pero es todavía más satisfactorio cuando puedo llevarlo a cabo y sale bien, en mi caso un ejemplo es haber aprendido a decorar con globos sin haber ido nunca a un curso ni haber recibido explicación de nadie, hace poco también hice mi primera torta y luego la segunda y fue algo que me generó mucha satisfacción porque lo hice sola y me quedó bien, ahora, en cada celebración seré yo misma quien decore y haga la torta y estoy segura de que ese también será un momento de satisfacción.
❥ Learn something and carry it out: This point fits well in the part of personal achievements, of those that generate us satisfaction when we obtain something on our own and even more so when we put it into practice, my example for this section It's something I've always liked to do, learning things on my own, my last option is always to ask for help so I try it myself first and it's quite satisfying to be able to do it on my own but it's even more satisfying when I can do it and it comes out well, in my case an example is having learned to decorate with balloons without ever having attended a course or having received an explanation from anyone, recently I also made my first cake and then the second and it was something that gave me great satisfaction because I did it alone and it turned out well, now, in each celebration I will be the one who decorates and makes the cake and I am sure that this will also be a moment of satisfaction.
La satisfacción como ven es un sentimiento importante en la vida, pienso que de no tenerlo no habría motivación por hacer las cosas que hacemos si no hay un sentimiento al lograr nuestros propósitos, este sin duda ha sido un tema que disfruté mucho desarrollar y compartir con ustedes, espero que les haya gustado mi percepción sobre él, nos vemos en un siguiente post con un nuevo tema.
Satisfaction, as you can see, is an important feeling in life. I think that if we didn't have it, there would be no motivation to do the things we do if there isn't a feeling of achieving our goals.
