Beef Liver // Step by step

That's why today I present you "Beef Liver" which is an easy and simple recipe. Life is about unique and unforgettable moments, that's why this dish is the right one.


This dish is very nutritious and contains proteins, vitamins and iron, it favours people suffering from anaemia because of its high iron content. It is very simple to make and requires very few ingredients. From time to time I make this recipe liver, because it is not recommended for daily consumption.




Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram of filleted beef liver
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 onions
  • vinegar


  • Clean and wash the liver steaks

  • In a bowl add vinegar, salt and pepper and dip the liver steaks (ideal to do it 2 or 3 hours before for a better maceration)


  • Then add the onion chopped into rings



  • In a frying pan we heat up with the oil.

  • When it is hot, we fry the pieces of liver for two minutes, turning them over so that they get all over, just to brown them.


  • We remove the beef liver from the pan and then chop the liver steak into julienne and reserve it on a separate tray.



  • In the same oil in which the liver steaks were fried, add the onion along with the dressing.


  • When the onions are browned we add the fried liver cut in julienne, stir and cook until the onion liver is soft.

  • Stir-fry for 2 or 3 minutes over a low heat


  • When serving, first place the liver and onion on top

  • At the end you put the chopped parsley all over the plate


  • It's served with rice, pasta, sliced bread and golden potatoes




Secrets of this dish:

Beef liver should be eaten freshly cooked, because when the minutes go by it tends to get hard.
