Today I arrived a vario motor in 2010, with some damage in some parts, which was caused by a late change of oil.

The damage that causes this motor to fail is the spool and magnet parts that are damaged.

The next damage is the part of the valve umbrella that has leaked so that the motor loses compression.

And the piston or piston that has been loose so that the motor emits a fairly severe puff of smoke.

this is a glimpse of the bobbin and magnet parts, the cause of the damage to the bobbin section turned out to be very ridiculous, which was caused by a pile of dust that was never cleaned, even though this part is very easy to clean and does not cost a fortune,

If the magnetic part is lazy to disassemble, you just need to open the cover and fan and then spray it with a hard air compressor, although this method will not clean it optimally, but this method is quite reducing the risk of damage to the spool, just imagine if this motorbike has been used 10 years and more and how much dust sticks if never cleaned.

The radiator water pump section, the radiator seal has also leaked so that the radiator water will not last long because water always comes out through the leaky seal gap.

The magnet part, here there are no signs of damage at all, only dust and sand that have accumulated so that when the magnet rotates according to the engine speed, the dust and sand attached to the magnet will rub against the edge of the spool, over time the edge of the spool will run out, and ignition will not be perfect.

The outside of the engine is also very dirty due to leakage of the seal and gasket, resulting in a buildup of pasi mixed with oil.

Because the owner of this motorbike wants to clean it himself, so I let him, on condition that you follow our directions for fear of damaging other parts because the owner of this motorbike doesn't know about the engine at all.

After everything was cleaned, then we changed the timing chain and timing ball, it would make our job easier if we got customers like this, helping each other.

Part of the combustion chamber, the valve umbrella is bent and leaking, so the motor loses compression and most likely the motor will not start.

The fix is quite easy if the valve stem is not bent, just clean the top or the umbrella and then shave using a drill at low speed, don't forget to grease the stem with oil and the shaved umbrella part with a special liquid or commonly called valve shaving powder.

Valve axle and valve trigger parts,

The valve axle is already quite bad because this motor is often dry with oil so that when the crankshaft or valve axis rotates and rubs the valve trigger without any lubricant, one of these parts will definitely wear out or be eroded.

That's all about this motorbike because my brain has been bubbling thinking about my motorbike.

Remember oil, remember safety and love your wallet

Stay careful when driving, keep obeying traffic signs and don't forget to wear a helmet, broken bones are not like a broken heart boss

So much information from me, I hope it will be useful for mechanical friends wherever you are and see you in my next post
