Tenía días que no pasaba por estos lados a compartir con ustedes y es debido a que estoy realizando unas remodelaciones y eso me tiene un poco alejado de la mecánica, pero no por eso dejo de amarla y seguir apasionado por ella, en esta oportunidad vengo a complementar el trabajo anterior del motor del auto del primo de mi esposa.

Como ya les conté en el posta anterior el auto del primo de mi esposa presentaba un conjunto de fallas y decidimos desmontar el motor para realizar una reconstrucción total, al desmontar y desarmar el motor del auto note que parte de las fallas que estaba generando consecuencias era el desgaste que presentaba la bomba de aceite.
Como dije antes envié el bloque a la rectificadora mande a medir todo y a realizar el baño químico para eliminar cualquier impureza interna en el motor, a Dios gracias que el cigüeñal no sufrió un nuevo daño y estaba bien de medida, solo reemplazamos las conchas de biela y bancada.

La instalación si fue un poco más laboriosa debido al lugar y las herramientas poco practicas que tenia a la mano, por lo general acostumbro a instalar los motores desde abajo, para luego subirlo así evito desmontar o generar algún daño al capot del auto, cosa que esta vez no pudo ser y toco levantarlo con una señorita y bajarlo poco a poco, esta actividad requirió la ayuda de 2 personas más para poder colocar el motor en su sitio.

Luego de esto coloque los tornillos de las bases sujetadoras principales para luego poco a poco ir conectando todo el arnés eléctrico con calma, así poco a poco se fue dejando todo en su lugar correspondiente, el siguiente paso fue conectar todo el sistema de refrigeración al cual había mandado a realizar una limpieza y destapado del radiador para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento.
Una vez todo instalado se colocaron todos los fluidos chequeando que no se observara ninguna fuga para proceder a encender, al estar todo en orden desconecto la bobina de distribución y le damos arranque por unos 15 segundos, conecto la bobina de nuevo y al dar arranque el motor enciende al primer intento sin ningún problema, lo dejamos encendido por espacio de 30 minutos para verificar todos los indicadores.

Todo funciono correctamente pero para verificar por completo tengo un reloj de presión de aceite mecánico con un adaptador para instalarlo donde va la válvula eléctrica, coloco mi reloj y evaluó por otro rato de manera mecánica el comportamiento de la presión de aceite y todo normal funcionando dentro de los parámetros.
Ese día se nos llego la noche muy rápido por lo que esperamos a la mañana siguiente para salir a probar el auto y dar unas vueltas, gracias a Dios todo funciona correctamente.
