Today I want to service a 3-phase electric panel to distribute electricity to pump machines in the swimming pool, due to the condition of the panel, some of its components have begun to break down due to age.

First, we want to replace the 3 phase electric current safety that is not working properly or is not working, we will replace a new one, and we also sort the cables from the button to the contactor ..

And secondly we check and clean the contactor, if the sound contactor is rough we just dismantle the contactor and clean the rusty part using coarse sandpaper, so that the rust is gone, if it has been cleaned we put the contactor back in and we immediately test whether it is still on or is still rough, if it doesn't turn on we will replace it with a new one, in one panel there are 20 contactors ..

And then we change to check for buttons and indicator lights, we check one by one whether it is still working or dead, if someone is dead, we check the cable line whether something is broken or not, if nothing is broken and it still doesn't work then we replace it. the new one..
And if everything has been checked and replaced with new ones, then the last step is testing, first we plug in the 3 phase electric current cable, then the mass cable \ neutral wire, and then we test one by one the ON OFF button, and other parts, and it turns out that everything is functioning properly again ..

From the 3-phase electrical panel service, the most damaged ones are the contactors, some were burned and some were broken in the copper coils section.

And that was my review regarding the 3 phase panel service from meπŸ™πŸ™
