Hace un par de días lleve a mi bebé a la pediatra, la novedad fue que al terminar la consulta me hizo la acotación de que estaba muy delgada, y bueno estoy dando lactancia materna exclusiva.

Toda mi vida he sido delgada de hecho mi peso actual es de 51 kilos y siempre pese unos 50 kilos, a pesar de mi altura, y si mi peso no corresponde con mi altura pero como les digo siempre he sido así, me es muy difícil subir de peso.

Cuando estaba embarazada llegue a mesar 64 kilos, fue la primera vez en mi vida que peso eso, realmente no me acompleja estar delgada, y menos si es por brindarle a mi hijo su lactancia materna exclusiva, son etapas.
