Greetings, friends who love recreation and sport! Today I am pleased to share with you some anecdotes and experiences with the bicycle. A few days ago, I decided to go for a ride on my bike, I do this not only for recreation, but also as exercise, in order to improve my physical health.
This day I decided to wear a nice t-shirt with the Hive logo that my friend @daniel2001 gave me, and that was ideal for this activity, since it is very cool and comfortable.
¡Saludos, amigos amantes de la recreación y el deporte! El día de hoy me complace compartir con ustedes algunas anécdotas y experiencias con la bicicleta. Hace pocos días me dispuse a hacer un paseo en mi bicicleta, esto lo hago no solo con el fin de recrearme, sino también como ejercicio, a fin de mejorar mi salud física.
Este día decidí vestir una linda franela con el logo de Hive que me regaló mi amigo @daniel2001, y que resulto ideal para esta actividad, puesto que es muy fresca y cómoda.
Once I was ready, I left my house and picked up my friend @maitt87, who also signed up for this cycling route. Without a doubt, it is more comforting and fun to do recreational activities in the company of friends and family, whenever possible.
Ya estando lista, salí de casa y pasé a buscar a mi amiga @maitt87, que también se anotó a esta ruta ciclística. Sin lugar a dudas, es más reconfortante y divertido hacer actividades recreativas en compañía de amigos y familiares, siempre que se pueda.
After 1:44:43 hours and 12.98 km of travel, I finished my ride, with the satisfaction of having collaborated with the environment, through an ecological means of transportation, as well as having contributed a grain of sand to the welfare of my physical and mental health.

I have noticed that every day there are more and more cyclists on the streets of my city, so safety becomes imperative for the users of this noble means of transportation, especially because here we do not have bike lanes and sometimes some drivers of cars and public transport are unaware of the fact that they are sharing the road with cyclists.
He notado que cada día hay más y más ciclistas por las calles de mi cuidad, así que la seguridad se hace imperativa para los usuarios de este noble medio de transporte, especialmente porque aquí no contamos con ciclo vías y en ocasiones algunos conductores de automóviles y transporte público son poco conscientes hacia el hecho de que están compartiendo la vía pública con ciclistas.
It was for this reason that I decided to make a small investment in a bicycle helmet, which main function is to absorb the kinetic energy that is obtained in motion and that is converted into injury when a person impacts with a fixed object, in short, the helmet reduces the effects of the shock. It should be noted that no helmet model is made to receive more than one shock, so it is advisable to change it after an incident.
Fue por esto que decidí hacer una pequeña inversión en un casco de bicicleta, cuya función principal es absorber la energía cinética que se obtiene en movimiento y que se convierte en lesión en el momento en que una persona impacta con un objeto fijo, en pocas palabras, el casco reduce los efectos del golpe. Cabe destacar que ningún modelo de casco está hecho para recibir más de un golpe, por lo cual es recomendable cambiarlo después de un incidente.

También les comento sobre una adquisición reciente para mi bicicleta; se trata de un Manubrio Cruiser, también conocido por algunos como manubrio de bicicleta playera. La ventaja más notable que conseguimos al usar este tipo de manubrio es que es bastante cómodo y permiten que el ciclista adopte una posición erguida.
It should be noted that because they are considerably wide, this type of steering wheel does not allow for very tight turns, and they only allow for a single hand position, so their use depends on the rider's liking and needs. In my personal case, I find it very comfortable when undertaking my rides.
Hay que tener en cuenta que por ser considerablemente amplios, este tipo de volante no permite dar vueltas demasiado cerradas, y solo permiten una sola posición de manos, así que su uso depende del gusto y las necesidades del ciclista. En mi caso personal, me resulta muy confortable a la hora de emprender mis paseos.
