There is no doubt that Leeds United are having the best time of their season with their lack of fear factor, good attacking football and the ability to take the game to the opponent even when they are behind - resilience.
Leeds United thrashed the in-form Burnley at their home turf and that is the latest of their exploit as they have dealt with so many big clubs earlier in the season. It is shocking to say this is their first season in the top flight and they never looked like they are going down at any point. Their coach, Marcelo Bielsa's influence can never be thrown away as he has turned around good players to become superstars.
Their win against Burnley has allowed them to dream of Europe and they would need to do their job while hoping those ahead of them can slip up so they can qualify for Europa League. I believe it would give them more financial pull to add more quality players to compete in Europe.
Leeds United started slowly as Burnley were all over the place but they soon found their rhythm and produced with devastating effect.
Leeds United got their first goal through Klich. He opted to try the shot himself as against laying the pass. It paid off as he was able to find the back of the net in the 44th minute. Harrison doubled the lead in the 60th minute when Alioski's shot was flicked and diverted by him into the back of the net.
Rodrigo who came in to replace Bamford got on the scoresheet too when he bagged 2 quick goals in succession in the 77th and 79th minute. Burnley had no answer to the devastating and phenomenal Leeds United on the day.
Until the end of the season before we know if they would secure the European spot but I won't put it past them if they continue in this same way and those ahead of them slipped. Whether they qualified or not, there is no denying the truth that Leeds have had a phenomenal season so far.
