City Triumphs While United, Chelsea, and Liverpool Struggle To Dead-end.

This weekend's EPL experiences appears to be the toughest I've seen in a long time. I was chanced to see United's match, a bit of Liverpool's and City's highlight.

Personally, all my predictions for the weekend went south. I actually predicted that Chelsea and City would end up playing a draw while Liverpool and United would win respectively, but then, the table when round beyond my expectations.

Starting with Manchester City, they had the worst experience with Chelsea last season losing to them three times consecutively, and on that note people expected them to be more than aggressive at Stanford Bridge. I knew City were going to be so tough on Chelsea then with Chelsea's form and team quality, I expected that the match would be a perfect draw but it all changed!

City also has a lot of quality players at the moment too and having De Bruyne back from injury is actually another great relieve knowing fully well that Gundogan won't be available for sometime too. But the match yesterday was really a tactical one. Tuchel planned to secure the midfield and possess much and enough strength for his attacks (Werner and Lukaku) but I was quite amazed as City were able to build enough and stronger attack which pushed Chelsea's midfield wall back to their defense line. All be told, the match was an interesting one and City got exactly what they deserved!

What exactly would you say United's problem or problems are?

Myself as a United fan, I have gotten to that point whereby I don't even see much reason to have hope in the team anymore as it is. It seems like my only hope now is seeing Ole sacked as United's football manager.

I've seen so much wrong in our performances but truly it's just a little that's wrong with the team, and this little problem shouldn't be difficult for any top class manager to handle for they are many player to shuffle and experiment with. I can't just say Ole is scared as a Manager, but he is so shallow, he doesn't really have a genuine play pattern for himself and that would keep throwing United into the mud.

Seeing the match between United and Villa yesterday, sincerely the player used were so fine, I mean he lineup was cool but this is EPL, you can't always play just one formation and expect teams not to understand all your tricks too well. With the level of machineries United now posses, I don't think it would be a bad move to play a 4-4-2 formation but Ole doesn't just have what it takes to turn the big table around.

After the early shows from City, Chelsea, and United yesterday noon, I was expecting that Liverpool would make good use of the opportunity to sit on top of the league table as the king but Brentford seemed to be the best underdog in the league this season.

With what Brentford had played with the likes of Arsenal and Wolves in the league this season, it has made it difficult for me personally to overlook their level of physicality. They play with so much strength and fighting spirits and it shows a lot yesterday even in their goals as they had majority of them through multiple and forceful touches.

Well, no matter how desperate and physically they might appear at the moment, I am quite convinced they'll have a huge defeat at the hands of Manchester City and definitely would still lose many return legs even to Arsenal and Liverpool. It's just nice way to avoid relegation as they keep striking hard as much ad they can on all big teams in the league.
