When it all boiled down, Celtic waltzed into the Scottish League Cup semi-finals last night, beating Raith Rovers by 3-0, albeit with a little help from my suggested star-man, Zanatta, who got himself sent off!
This will no doubt take a little pressure off beleaguered manager, Ange Postecoglou which can further be lifted if they manage to take all three points in their game at home to Dundee in the Premiership on Sunday.

It's third playing eighth tonight as West Brom entertain QPR at the Hawthorns and bid to keep the momentum going in their quest to bounce straight back the Premiership after their disastrous relegation after just a single season!
Back to back draws against Preston and Derby have seen the Baggies early season form wasted as they have dropped down the table into the play-offs and manager Val Ismael will want to arrest this slippage as soon as possible.
After the Preston game he complained bitterly about the lack of quality of his sides' crosses and final ball which he has no doubt been working on through the week.
Having said that, they're still unbeaten in all 8 games this season so I'd not be worrying too much!
QPR lost at home last weekend to an injury time goal for Bristol City scored by their old hero, Nakhi Wells which was a huge blow to their promotion aspirations but a midweek League Cup victory over Everton will have given their confidence a real boost heading into the game tonight.
Charlie Austin scored two goals which Everton had to come back from in a high intensity game after which QPR manager, Mark Warburton quite rightly heaped praise upon his team.
This is going to be a really interesting encounter tonight and a good game for the neutrals to watch

The Small Print
In the first goal scorer competition, own goals do not count. In the correct score competition, it's the score after 90mins. Extra time and penalties do not count and the pot for each competition will roll over if there is no winner. If more than one person chooses the same first goal scorer or correct score, the prize is shared, and everyone gets a little upvote! It seems I also need to add, one entry per person. Don't forget the new rule that only people with a rep of 50 or above are eligible to enter unless they have been approved. The bonus will be added to any winnings ONLY if Leeds United win and/or Man U lose and all pay-outs will never exceed 50% of post pay-out. Other bonuses are paid out at my discretion.
