As a Manchester united fan, this weekend was a great one for me, I already knew that we had a high chance of winning when Liverpool players started acting up left and getting injured, but the actual win was amazing.
The thrill of my team winning Liverpool 2:1 made me sleep well yesterday night and even though, this win doesn’t give me so much hope, it was something good for once.
Now to my fantasy team; I already knew this week would be awful when I missed the deadline and the only changes I did was during the week when I was playing around with my team.
I still had a bit of hope though because I had “good enough” players but, the first game day gave me about 8 points, and I didn't like it.
At the end of the game week, I had a foolish 38 points, with all my defense line giving me 3 points; 3 POINTS!
This was is frustrating because I have players in my defense line that are so expensive; the majority of my 100 million was spent there and I didn't see a future where Mancity would be drawing to Newcastle, Chelsea would lose to Leeds and Liverpool would struggle to Freaking Manunited; It's premier league but, I expected assists at least.
The only reasonable points I got this week were from 5 players and one was benched so, that didn't even count.
This is literally my worse week in my FPL career and that is saying something because I have been doing this for a while but, oh well, WHAT IS NEXT?
The main plan for the last game week was to bring it Perisic and after his points, I rushed and got him in; a mistake? Might be.
Another plan is to switch out one Liverpool defense and add the funds to maybe getting Rodrigo or Toney; they have been racking in points and I don't want them to be too expensive before I can get them.
FINALLY
Even with these plans, I am still curious to see how my two Liverpool defenses would go against Bournemouth, I feel like if I sell one and they get good points, I will be angry.
Anyways, the season still just started and one bad game week doesn't make a bad season so, I am still doing what I can, and hopefully, next week will be better.
