Portugal 3 - 2 Ghana

Each of these games had something interesting about them especially the game between Uruguay and South Korea.
A part of me was rooting for South Korea as a country I love so much and I genuinely want the best for them. On the other side of it, Uruguay have Darwizzy in their line-up and the Liverpool connection existing between us made me wish him a really good game.
The game was really interesting and well-balanced. It wasn't one of those one-sided games we see in football. Both countries went toe to toe against the other and they ended up with a goalless draw by the end of the day.

You know, it's one thing to watch a goalless draw that is boring and it's another thing to watch a really interesting game that ended as a goalless draw. This game is one, but not the other. It was amazing.
Another game for the day which was filled with drama is the one between Portugal and Ghana.

Immediately we heard SIUUUUU after Ronaldo buried the penalty given to Portugal in the 65th minute of the game, the entire intensity and trajectory of the game changed.
The last 30(+11 added) minutes of the game were all about intensity, drama, goals galore and everything you want to see in a football game between countries that are continents apart. Hehe.
Brazil is currently playing a goalless draw with Serbia and they are already in Half-time break. Hehe. Just imagine what will happen if Serbia gets as much as a point from that fixture. Haha. Think about it. The footballing World will go bonkers.
