Spurs 1 - 2 Liverpool: A fairly inspiring closure to gameweek 15.

Maybe it's just my Twitter feed and their weird algorithm trying to show me what I want, but this is exactly what my trending page is displaying.

Darwizzy aka Darwin Nunez is on the trending page and it's incredibly exciting to see that most of the tweets about him are in recognition of his brilliant performance in the game that was just played between Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool.

I think this is probably the only game he has played for as much as 87 minutes before getting substituted. This lad is showing a lot of positive signs and we got to see a spark in his relationship with the other guys up front. He even got a nice assist and it could have easily been two if Salah nailed one of the passes he got from Nunez.

The last time I wrote about Nunez, I said he was actively involved in the game like a kid on sugar. Today is not any different. He did so well in attack and he did beyond expectations in his defensive duty.

Can he do better? Yeah!

His touches today are one of the best I've seen from him in a Liverpool shirt and I still believe he could have been better. The good news though is that we are seeing his effort and it's very promising.

I'm filled with a surge of anticipation. Can't wait to see a more clinical Nunez. He will be a nightmare to defenders.

Game overview;

Tottenham 1 - 2 Liverpool

The double from Mo Salah before half-time was enough to get us through this game. Tottenham didn't look threatening in the first half, but the second half of the game was all in the favour of Tottenham.

They pressed with intent and were able to get one goal before the end of the game.

I think Konate was also very impressive. He showed his class act in the mid-week UCL fixture when he faced the hotheaded Victor Osimeh. He did it again in today's battle with Harry Kane. I hope he remains fit for us.

While we have some remarkable performers, Fabinho is continuously giving us reasons to criticize his performance. He was like someone running in the sand. This is so weird because he used to be one of our best and most consistent midfielders, but I've not been impressed by him this season.

As for Curtis Jones and Trent, lemme save my breath there.

FPL Returns for this Gameweek

This is most likely the highest point I've scored in a gameweek and I'm already feeling like a tactical genius 馃槀. So weird!

The summary of Gameweek 15 is that Liverpool won an EPL game away from home and I scored my highest FPL point. What a delectable gameweek!

Let's see what Gameweek 16 will bring.
