The title race keeps getting interesting and my prediction is slowly coming into existence as the weeks go by. Arsenal's draw last weekend against West Ham United has put them in danger of losing the top spot in the table and also their chances of winning the premier league trophy.
The Gunners are four points clear of defending champions Manchester City. City still has a game in hand and if they do win it Manchester City will be one point closer to the Gunners. The pressure on Arsenal keeps building up and it's getting to the players and the match against West Ham is an example.
Arsenal had a two-goal lead in 10 minutes and with a twinkle of an eye, they allowed West Ham to level the scoreline. Saka had a good chance to make it three from the penalty spot but missed the opportunity and it cost the Gunners at the end of the match. I expect Arteta to know better than anyone how Pep works with Manchester City since he was once under Pep Guardiola's wings before joining Arsenal.
Manchester City is not under any pressure they are in fact enjoying the race as they pressure the Gunners to retain their title. Pep Guardiola has turned the title race each season since he moves to Manchester City as a walk in the park, man has no chills and wants the title every season and if Manchester City does win the Premier League title this season then I don't think the EPL is as competitive as the Media and fans projected it to the public.
When Haaland first came into the Premier League, a lot of people including the media said he won't have the space he had in the Bundesliga to score goals but today the lad has got himself 32 goals in his first season in the EPL and the season is not over yet, so that misconceptions about the EPL being the most competitive league should drop.
The league is not over yet, the Gunners still have a chance to press forward and win the title and Manchester City will keep pushing forward to overtake and win the title.
