I managed to survive Saturday pretty much unharmed as some winning in-game bets made up for the losing pre-game bets with some early red cards screwing up matches completely which made it all very tricky. 4 more interesting matches on Sunday to have a go at before there is an international break.
AA Gent vs Club Brugge
AA Gent managed to qualify for the conference league on Thursday. They have shown good things so far this season but failed to capitalize now being in 16th position having played 1 match less and a match against what still is the best team in the league. Club Brugge has been similar to last season where it was clear in many of their matches that they are the better team yet failing to take a convincing win. Their form is growing and they are complete while AA Gent will be missing Bruno and Hjuksager. I'm expecting this one to be a close match with both teams unwilling to take major risks as long as it's a draw but I do see Club Brugge as the team that in the end is far more unlikely to actually lose the match. This made me take a small 0.25 unit bet on

Club Brugge 1H +0 @ 1.805. I have plenty of room to take more bets in-game on this one.
Antwerp vs OH Leuven
Antwerp pulled a stunt making up a 4-2 defeat away with a 2-0 win qualifying after extra time and penalties for the Europa League. They for sure have a competitive team at the moment and it's always the question of they will continue with the momentum or have some kind of decompression/fatigue off-day. OHL on the other hand have gotten themselves in a bad streak being 2nd last with 3 draws and 2 losses. They on top lost their main striker Henry. Any match of OHL can turn into a wild goal-fest while they at the same time are very much capable of playing a counter-style game not giving much away. Antwerp are without Benson, Haroun, Dussoleil & Frey. I would not be surprised to see a win for OHL similar to how Seraing won yesterday away from Eupen. I'm nowhere near to actually taking the gamble though. Both teams lean more toward 2nd half goals and I expect OHL to start the match laying back luring on the counter. The 2 bets I'm keeping an eye out on are Antwerp on the corners 1st half and 2H Over. For now,

Racing Genk vs Anderlecht
Racing Genk has not played in 2 weeks while Anderlecht put up a bad performance not qualitying against Vitesse for the conference league which is a major blow for the club. They are in a very similar spot compared to last year showing some good things at times while overall it's just not good enough yet. In these kinds of encounters where the better team oes forward against them, they tend to perform quite well. Genk without a doubt is the better team and I took just a small initial early 0.3 unit bet on
Genk 1st Half +0 @ 1.730 going with the intrinsically better team who play at home and have less fatigue.
Kv Oostende vs Zulte-Waregem
This is one of the most interesting matchups today. Kv Oostende their good streak was broken with an unfortunate away loss against Standard and they will no longer have Theate who made a transfer. Zulte-Waregem on the other hand showed a good drive forward against Charleroi but also was quite leaky in defense which had them end the match at a 2-2 draw. They are without De Bock, Dompé & Seck today. This year and last year, they have shown to be an excellent away team and they have shown to be capable of both winning these types of matches but also totally giving it away. Zulte-Waregem +0 @ 3.98 with an eye to potentially take more bets in-game as it's one of those matches where the 1st goal might open the floodgates.
