I joined another hot yoga class yesterday not being aware that the champions league match between Club Brugge and Man City had an early starting time. I'm quite blad that I went afterward as it turned out to be my strongest class of the year so far making some good progress on my overall fitness levels. I also continued to eat in a very controlled way, drink 3L of water being on track of my overall eightloss goal.
I'm making wednesday again into a family day and aim to do a rowing training doing 3.25 km this time around.
