It's gonna be my first post on this community, actually I forgot have I ever made a post in here previously. Talking about sport, soccer or football is my most memorable sport since I was a kid. Playing this game with friends was regular activity in daily time. The biggest trigger that make me fall in love with this game is the world cup event in 1990 that held in Italy. At that time, I was very in love with two countries that took part in those event. They were Brazil and England soccer's team. For this ocassion, I'd like to tell you about Brazilian's team. They were really shining bright in their yellow kits. The Brazil's Players absolutely outstanding with the ball on their feet. With the number of many skill full Players such as Careca, Branco, Muller, Ricardo Rocha, Alemao, Dunga and others, Brazil was the great challenger for the others team to win the trophy. Not exagerrate if people said, the Samba's team was one of the most candidate to win the world cup for the forth time.

There is one underrated name whom I admired a lot in Brazilian team. My father, who introduced me to this game mentioned this name very often. It was the Brazilian midfielder name's Valdo who play for Benfica in Portugal. He was the most creative player in Brazilian midfield. Accompany by Alemao and Dunga in the central pitch, Valdo was really dance to dribbling the ball with his feet. In the game of the quarter-final againts Argentina, Valdo played very well. The Brazilian attacks built down the flanks were often the result of Valdo’s movement out wide form midfield, and his passing. Valdo often combined with the wing-backs, Branco in the left and Jorginho in the right, as they made forward runs. He was even creating space for both wingers on the overlap where they could receive the ball and cross into the box.

While another two Brazilian's midfielder, Alemao and Dunga tend to do the defensive work, Valdo was the most advance of Brazil's midfield three. Valdo's mobility was often found drifting across the midfield, left, right and centre. But even though Valdo was excellent in the leads to the Brazil's attack, there was no goal produce till the end of the match. It’s arguable this can be highlighted by how during one attack, Valdo created space for himself down the flank with a lovely turn outwitting the opposing marker. Valdo had time to pick out a cross, but it didn’t find anybody. The duet of Brazil's striker, Careca and Muller were out of their luck to score a goal. However, It should be noted that being a fail of goal produce could be said of the ultimate bad luck of Brazil side in this match. As the matter of fact, Brazil that was dominated on the ball possesion with the numbers of missing chance, had to kneel down after the great counter attack lead by the magic of Maradona works to find Caniggia that easily dribbling the ball pass Taffarel to put it into the net.

The first memorable impression of this soccer game had caused the moment of joy and sadness came together for me. The early elimination of Brazilian's team made me cried at those moment. As the time running on, I deeply fall in love in the soccer game while at the same time in the WC 1990 I played it myself in my garage and acted as John Barnes, Valdo, Lineker, Careca and others. That's all my introduction post on this community, hope everyone stop by will enjoy the story I bring for this time. See you all again in my story' of many other great moments of sports, especially for you the nineties generation who had experienced a lot moments in this loveable game.

Have a Great time
