Vespiary

Recently, on my balcony, I pushed aside a large flower pot and saw a vespiary.
It was very interesting for me to watch it, but at the same time I was a little afraid. Since I knew that wasps are aggressive insects.

But it was necessary to remove this nest.
A few months ago, the wasps made a large nest on the balcony, which was 2 stories higher than mine.
The owner destroyed it.
Apparently that's why the female wasp decided to build a nest on my balcony.

So, I armed myself with a long stick and opened the balcony door a little and began to break the nest (but first I took a photo).

The photos I were taken with a Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70L tablet

Luckily for me, the nest was empty.
The danger is that the wasps fiercely and fearlessly defend their nest.

The "building material" of the nest was very similar to cement

There were several empty "capsules" inside the nest.

And what is interesting is that these "capsules" were kept semi-vertical, the impression is that where the dark part is, there is a magnet.
