As well as their vision of how Hive has changed their lives.
The Hive beginners course, was held from September 6 - 11, 2023, led by @newnow497. En este curso de formación, el primer aprendizaje para mí fue entender que hive es un ecosistema, constituido de diversas comunidades, compuestas de disímiles aplicaciones, que permiten diferentes formas de usos. Entre ellas redes sociales descentralizadas para crear contenido, que es nuestro caso. También puedes hacer programación, donde interactúas desarrollando aplicaciones o puedes colaborar con las aplicaciones existentes. Galerías donde puedes exponer el arte NFT. Puedes ser Inversor donde puedes emprender negocios o incrementar tus criptomonedas Hive y HBD fondeando o haciendo staking. Puedes ser jugador en juegos NFT. Puedes crear música. Existen muchas maneras de expandirte en esta comunidad.
Saber esto abrió un nuevo horizonte de posibilidades para mí. Lo siguiente fue comprender el funcionamiento de Hive Blockchain como ecosistema.
¿Qué es un ecosistema blockchain?
Conocí que un ecosistema blockchain, es un sistema robusto de cadena de bloques, a partir de la suma de elementos independientes, constituidas por equipos e ideas, las cuales pueden prosperar, crecer y colaborar de manera combinada, convirtiéndose en piezas esenciales y funcionales de un todo interactuando sincronizados en armonía. What did I learn in this course?

En el caso de Hive va más allá valores de mercado como tokens, criptomonedas, y objetos virtuales de NFT. Hive cuenta con contenido en formato de imágenes, texto, audio y video. Lo que representa un ecosistema social de web 3, alternativa de la web 2. Donde las personas crean nodos interactuando y convirtiéndose en mineros y testigos. Otras de las ventajas de la web 3 es la interconectividad o interoperabilidad. Entre plataformas de blog como lo es Peakd, Ecency, Liketu y 3speak. Teniendo una cuenta de Hive podemos acceder a todos los servicios conectados a ella.
Conociendo como funciona este ecosistema que representa hive, entendí el rol que desempeñábamos cada uno de los usuarios como creadores de contenido. Los post que creamos generan ganancias, que se reparten al 50% / 50% entre el que crea el post y los usuarios que realizan la votación con recursos, retribuyendo así a todos involucrados, para luego ser curados y obtener beneficios, siendo la vez favorable para crear un nicho.
Pero lo fundamental no es centrarse en los beneficios económicos que recibes. Comprendí que esa perspectiva no te dejará evolucionar. En cambio, mientras más pasión y amor le pongas al escribir un post que te haga sentir identificado, mayor visualidad ganaras, socializarás más y crecerás forma sansa y continua.

How to grow in Hive?
In the course I understood that the most important thing is to discover what you are passionate about doing in Hive. Find your motivations, what you love to do, beyond the economic incentive it gives us.
This is what will guarantee our constancy within the ecosystem, allowing us to reinvent a new path. This will prevent you from getting disappointed and losing interest when situations arise in which you feel frustrated.
Hive is a lifestyle in which you must manage your emotions well, because the learning process is long and you may encounter difficulties, so we must be patient, we must do self-study and perfect this knowledge.
Aprendí a usar correctamente el Peakd para escribir, editar y subir un post y todos los que nos brinda, conocí acerca del uso de Hive - keychain como billetera, dándonos herramientas increíbles. También entendí de la importancia de mantener nuestras claves seguras y tener en cuenta que la seguridad es importante, para no perder nuestros fondos.
En el tema de creación de con tenido, nos enseñaron las buenas prácticas de cómo debemos escribir correctamente un post. Siempre revisando la ortografía, aplicando los códigos markdown, para la edición de nuestro post, los cuales nos ayudan a tener una mejor visualización en las comunidades y favorecen a que otros usuarios disfruten de un post atractivo visualmente. Conocimos los diferentes usos de las etiquetas y sus beneficios. Aprendí como usar las fuentes correctamente en el caso de fotos, videos, audios y textos.

I learned how to correctly use Peakd to write, edit and upload a post and all that it gives us, I learned about the use of Hive - keychain as a wallet, giving us incredible tools. I also understood the importance of keeping our keys safe and keeping in mind that security is important, so as not to lose our funds.
In the topic of creating with had, they taught us the good practices of how we should write a post correctly. Always checking the spelling, applying markdown codes for editing our post, which help us to have a better visualization in the communities and help other users to enjoy a visually attractive post. We learned about the different uses of tags and their benefits. I learned how to use fonts correctly in the case of photos, videos, audios and texts.
Nos dieron un paseo virtual de comunidades con las que podíamos tener afinidad, tales como la comunidad de cocina, @humanitas, @liketu, @homesolutions, @ecency, entre otras. Fue una experiencia maravillosa escuchar los testimonios de cada profe, dándonos sus conocimientos sintetizados, mostrándonos con ejemplos como debíamos, usar cada detalle para crecer dentro de Hive. Todo partiendo de ser pacientes, trabajar constantemente, debido a que debemos asimilar mucho contenido nuevo.
Fui aplicando esos conocimientos adquiridos y me animé participar en el concurso literario Tinta Imaginaria en comunidad la colmena presentando un post de poesía llamado Contacto. También lancé un post tutorial de artesanías en la comunidad DIYHub, donde puse en práctica estas enseñanzas.

It was a wonderful experience to listen to the testimonies of each teacher, giving us their synthesized knowledge, showing us with examples how we should use every detail to grow within Hive. All based on being patient, working constantly, because we must assimilate a lot of new content.
I was applying this acquired knowledge and I was encouraged to participate in the literary contest Tinta Imaginaria in comunidad la colmena presenting a poetry post called Contacto. I also launched a craft tutorial post in the DIYHub community, where I put these teachings into practice.
Tareas a realizar:
Me falta poner en práctica la edición de videos con 3speak, tareas que pienso desarrollar mediante vaya mejorando mi trabajo y entrenamiento. Otras de las tareas en crear mi primer NFT y lo que surja que sea de mi interés.
Impacto del Curso generado en mí.
El curso supero nuestras expectativas, estaba bien concebido, organizado y dirigido por nuestro moderador. Lo cual fue una genialidad hacerlo de forma explicativa, teniendo en cuenta las vivencias de los más curtidos en conocimiento, además de permitirnos intercambiar dudas con los profes y guiarnos en el proceso. Nos alentaron a poner en práctica lo que estábamos aprendiendo durante el curso, mediante la participación de concursos e iniciativas, algo que nadie esperó, arrojando resultados agradables. Me siento contento por esta oportunidad que nos ofrecieron Gracias comunidad.

I have yet to put into practice editing videos with 3speak, tasks that I plan to develop as I improve my work and training. Other tasks are to create my first NFT and whatever comes up that is of interest to me.
Impact of the course generated in me.
The course exceeded our expectations, it was well conceived, organized and led by our moderator. It was great to do it in an explanatory way, taking into account the experiences of the most experienced in knowledge, besides allowing us to exchange doubts with the teachers and guide us in the process. We were encouraged to put into practice what we were learning during the course, by participating in contests and initiatives, something that no one expected, with pleasant results. I feel happy for this opportunity offered to us by the community.
