con lo que gustes y lo que te queda lo guardas y puedes preparar exquisitas recetas.
Yo siempre compro bastante para que siempre me quedé y así lo congelo ya guisado para otras recetas.

This is a rich stew once you prepare it you can accompany it with whatever you like, and you can even prepare exquisite recipes.

En esta receta primero voy a colocar el ingrediente principal y su paso a paso y luego procederé hacer el guiso

Ingredients:
🦈. 2 Kg of dogfish (old dogfish).
Method of preparation:

- we wash the dogfish well.
- Then we add water to cover it.
- We take it to cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Then we strain it and wait for it to cool down.

- We remove all the skin from the dogfish.
- We proceed to shred it.
- After we have it shredded, we squeeze it with our hands to remove excess water.
- We place it in a container and reserve it.
Now I will share with you the second part, once the dogfish has been shredded, these are the ingredients used in the stew and the rest of the step-by-step instructions.

- Shredded dogfish.
- Onions.
- Chili peppers.
- Garlic.
- Celery.
- Oil.
- Salt.
- Curry.
- Diced.
- Turmeric.
- Pepper.

- Chop the onion into cubes.
- The chili peppers.
- The celery.
- Crush the garlic.

- After we have everything chopped.
- We put the oil in the cauldron and wait for it to heat up.
- Then we add the onion and let it fry.
- Add the garlic and let it cook for two minutes.
- Then add the chili peppers.
- Finally, add the celery and mix everything very well and let it cook over low heat.

Amigos les cuento que esto me quedo riquísimo con todos esos sabores encontrados y picosito como me encanta, quedó de rechupete como decía mi maita (abuela).
