Una de mis buenas amigas es repostera desde hace dos años y quizo hacer un curso y me pidió ayuda para hacerlo y yo con gusto acepte

Fueron en total 5 alumnas, comenzamos desde las 9am y culminamos a las 6pm
Fue un curso completo mi amiga dictó como hacer:
•Merengue Italiano
•Merengue Suizo
• Uso de boquillas y mangas pasteleras
•Manejo de peines
•Colorimetria
•Uso de Hobbycord
•Drips
Además el curso incluía:
•Todos los materiales
•Tortas a decorar
•Almuerzo
•Merienda
•Certificado
The fact is that yesterday was the second course that was held and it was a success and I want to show you a little of the second course.
There were 5 students in total, we started at 9am and finished at 6pm.
It was a complete course my friend taught how to do:
•Italian Merengue
•Swiss Meringue
•Use of nozzles and piping bags
•Handling of combs
•Colorimetry
•Use of Hobbycord
•Drips
In addition, the course included:

•Cakes to decorate
•Lunch
•Snack

Y todo fue un éxito total en el segundo curso, enseñaron formas sencillas y prácticas a decorar, además de tips para que todos sea más hermoso.
Luego de mi amiga haber enseñado sus utensilios y dar algunos tips comenzó haciendo el merengue Italiano y con este merengue procedió a enseñarle a todas 6 modelos diferentes de decoración, con una sola boquilla que se llama 1M de ateco
Y todas practicaron con sus mangas y sus boquillas.
And everything was a total success in the second course, they taught simple and practical ways to decorate, plus tips to make them all more beautiful.

Llegó la mejor hora de todas el almuerzo y la merienda 🤤
De almuerzo tuvimos arroz con pollo guisado y papas y plátano maduro frito y de merienda un rico quesillo🤤😍

Muchas escogieron el merengue suizo como otras el merengue italiano, ya pronto les traigo post de estos merengues jeje
Lo cierto es que cada una trabajó su decoración por individual y fue todo un éxito cada una tiene su toque especial y este fue el resultado

Les cuento que me lleve tremenda sorpresa de mi amiga, pues apenas nos encontramos me dijo "Hoy vas a decorar una torta" y yo 😳 súper mega sorprendida jeje
Pase todo el curso diciéndole que no, que me daba pena y me daría nervios.
Ella muy firme me decía que si, que si lo iba a hacer.
Además las chicas del curso también me animaron y pues acepte decorarla y pues aquí el resultado.

I spent the whole course telling her no, that I was embarrassed and it would give me nerves.
She very firmly told me that yes, she was going to do it.
The girls of the course also encouraged me and I accepted to decorate it and here is the result.
Cabe destacar que es mi primera vez decorando una torta, en el primer curso solo observé y en el transcurso del segundo también observé, nunca practique ni una vez.
Así que todo fue al primer intento y directo en la torta jajaja
Y estuve sin respirar en toda la decoración jajaja
Pero fue una experiencia bonita, me encantó.
Y todas las chicas también quedaron encantadas con su resultado y con lo aprendido en el curso
Terminamos súper cansadas pero avanzamos mucho, ya que en el primer curso terminamos a las 9pm y ese día si sentí un cansancio terrible pero ya está vez nos organizamos mucho más y termino todo con éxito.
Luego del curso, salimos a comer en un puesto de perros calientes muy cerca de mi casa en una plaza llamada "Plaza Las Banderas" y disfrutamos nuestro momento de éxito en el curso allí 🥳

So it was all on the first try and right on the cake hahaha.
And I was out of breath during the whole decoration hahaha.
But it was a nice experience, I loved it.
And all the girls were also delighted with their result and what they learned in the course.
We ended up super tired but we made a lot of progress, since in the first course we finished at 9pm and that day I felt a terrible tiredness but this time we were much more organized and we finished everything successfully.
After the course, we went out to eat at a hot dog stand very close to my house in a square called "Plaza Las Banderas" and we enjoyed our moment of success in the course there 🥳.
Ya pronto vuelvo con el curso del bizcocho y un poco más.
