¡Hola querida comunidad! ¿Como han estado? Espero de corazón que muy bien, gozando de plena salud, mucho amor y prosperidad, por mi parte estoy bien gracias a Dios, viviendo el día a día, más, hace unos pocos días sucedió algo extra genial para mí, pues desde que me mude a la Isla hace aproximadamente dos años mi amor por los camarones y mariscos en general ha aumentado muchísimo, pues en la Isla realmente existen grandes cocineros y chefs que hacen bien su trabajo.
Debo admitirles que no me había atrevido a probar antes una pizza así por qué siempre las veía un poco insípidas y sin mucho que ofrecer, es decir, simples, pero desde hace unos cuantos meses soy cliente fija de un restaurante que me tiene enamorada con su propuesta gastronómica diferente, pues aquí se dedican a la gastronomía portuguesa, por ende hasta lo más simple lleva una sazón y preparación diferente, como siempre me llevo una buena impresión de lo que he comido aquí me atreví a pedir la pizza frutos del mar!.
La pedí un día antes, ya que la preparación de la masa y salsas son especiales según me dijeron, una vez llegue al restaurante mi pizza se encontraba en el horno aún, pero faltaba poco tiempo para que saliera, luego llego! Y vaya pinta que tenía, no lucia nada insípida o pálida, tenía un color hermoso, apetitoso, además se podían detallar los camarones y otros mariscos, al partir los pedazos me di cuenta del buen grosor de la masa, ni muy grande ni muy delgada, además tenía full queso, cosa que me fascina, del sabor les puedo decir que quede enamorada, no esperaba que me gustara tanto una pizza así, pero realmente estaba deliciosa, sin duda alguna volvería a pedirla, por ahora es una de mis pizzas favoritas, la primera es la 4 quesos jajaja, ustedes tienen alguna pizza favorita? ¡Los leo en los comentarios!!.

I must admit that I had not dared to try a pizza before because I always saw them a little bland and without much to offer, that is, simple, but for a few months I have been a regular customer of a restaurant that has made me fall in love with its different gastronomic proposal, because here they are dedicated to Portuguese cuisine, therefore even the simplest thing has a different seasoning and preparation, as I always take a good impression of what I have eaten here I dared to order the seafood pizza!
I ordered it a day before, since the preparation of the dough and sauces are special as I was told, once I arrived at the restaurant my pizza was still in the oven, but it was not long before it came out, then it arrived! And what a look it had, it didn't look bland or pale at all, it had a beautiful color, appetizing, besides you could see the shrimp and other seafood, when I cut the pieces I realized how thick the dough was, not too big and not too thin, it also had full cheese, something that fascinates me, I can tell you that I was in love with the taste, I did not expect to like a pizza so much, but it was really delicious, I would definitely order it again, for now it is one of my favorite pizzas, the first one is the 4 cheeses hahaha, do you have a favorite pizza?
