Desde hace bastante tiempo, comer fuera de casa se convirtió en un lujo para nuestra familia de cuatro, por eso encontrar lugares con las tres B (bueno, bonito y barato) donde podamos como familia no solo pasar un rato agradable, sino comer rico, es toda una bendición, y uno de esos lugares es Baguette Bistró Pizzería.
Este lugar, aunque no es nuevo en nuestra zona, tuvo una gran remodelación y su apariencia cambió por completo, desde el espacio, hasta su decoración, todo en absoluto cambió para mejor.
Esta pizzería está ubicada muy cerca de nuestra casa, y forma parte de una de las mejores panaderías de nuestro municipio, que de hecho cuenta con 4 sucursales, pero esta, donde se encuentra la pizzería, es la más grande y también la más antigua de todas.
Tenemos muchísimos recuerdos de celebraciones de cumpleaños en sus instalaciones, pero con los años la fueron descuidando, y eso sumado a la situación del país nos hizo alejarnos un poco de la pizzería, pero hace unos meses comenzaron a renovar todo y crearon un espacio muy lindo.
Y lo primero que hicieron fue ubicarla en un local completamente nuevo al otro lado de la panadería, con un acceso por supuesto al otro local, pero con una ambientación totalmente diferente.
De entrada, los tonos, texturas, y hasta las luces te invitan a quedarte y tienen un estilo que para mí es industrial, pero bastante acogedor.
Por ejemplo, en las paredes puedes notar que están revestidas en cemento con un buen acabado, pero sin pintar, y esto junto con el juego de luces que fue dispuesto a lo largo de toda la pared, en distintas direcciones, hace que luzca realmente bello.
Otra de las características que me encanta de este lugar es el techo de metal, muy similar al de los enormes contenedores de en los que se transporta mercancía por vía marítima, del cual se pueden ver plantas artificiales colgando de estructuras de metal distribuidas en rectángulos por todo el lugar, rodeadas de luces que sin dudas le dan un toque muy encantador y que combina a la perfección con el mobiliario, el cual está divido en tres sectores.
Por ejemplo, uno de los lados del local, es recorrido por completo por un banco adosado a la pared, cubierto en cuero negro, con unas incrustaciones de metal en color bronce que se ven demasiado bellas, y es un área dedicada a grupos grandes, ahí nos sentamos cuando fuimos a almorzar por el cumpleaños de mi madre.
Hacia el otro lado del local, tienen un lugar con mesas redondas, a diferencia de las cuadradas del otro extremo, estas son solo para 4 personas, aunque me parecieron un poco pequeñas, sobre todo porque te llevan la pizza en una base de madera grande, y además llevan platos para todos, más los vasos de las bebidas resulta un poco incómodo, pero nosotros la pasamos bien así apretaditos, porque nuestros hijos aún son pequeños, así que no fue gran cosa.
Y siguiendo con el recorrido, el último espacio disponible para sentarse es una barra, para quienes van solos, o para aquellos que van solo por un café y pastelitos de la panadería. Lo veo como para quienes van por poco tiempo, pero igual es un área linda.
Por último, otra de las cosas que me gustó, fue el área donde está el encargado de preparar las pizzas, pues tienen un mostrador muy lindo con una pared recubierta en madera y ladrillos, lo que se ve hermosa, y le brinda un poco de calidez al lugar, en contraste con el estilo industrial, además puedes ver desde ahí cómo preparan tu pizza, lo que es súper genial.
Y en cuanto a la atención, pues debo decir que depende de quien te atienda, ya que en nuestra primera visita nos atendió un chico que la verdad estaba un poco distraído y no era tan amable, en cambio, el día del cumpleaños de mi madre, nos atendió una chica, súper simpática y atenta, así que es cuestión de suerte.
En general, diría que es una experiencia increíble visitar este lugar, sobre todo por los precios, que es lo que lo hace accesible para nuestra familia, pues con solo 6$ pudimos ordenar una pizza familiar y un refresco, lo que es más que suficiente.
¿Las pizzas? ¡DELICIOSAS, siempre lo han sido! La masa súper sabrosa, delgada, full queso, salsa hecha en casa, con un sabor demasiado rico, la verdad esas pizzas son un 10/10.
Y bueno, vamos a parar, comencé este post pensando en hacer una reseña corta y ya me excedí, así que me despido, solo diré que si están en Margarita, y pueden venir al Municipio Antolín del Campo, no dejen de visitar, Baguette Bistró Pizzería.
For quite some time now, eating out has become a luxury for our family of four, that's why finding places with the three B (good, nice and cheap) where we as a family can not only have a nice time, but eat well, is a blessing, and one of those places is Baguette Bistró Pizzeria.
This place, although it is not new in our area, had a great remodeling and its appearance changed completely, from the space, to its decoration, everything at all changed for the better.
This pizzeria is located very close to our house, and is part of one of the best bakeries in our town, which in fact has 4 branches, but this one, where the pizzeria is located, is the largest and also the oldest of them all.
We have many memories of birthday celebrations in their facilities, but over the years they were neglecting it, and that added to the situation of the country made us move away a little from the pizzeria, but a few months ago they began to renovate everything and created a very nice space.
And the first thing they did was to locate it in a completely new place on the other side of the bakery, with an access of course to the other place, but with a totally different atmosphere.
From the start, the tones, textures, and even the lights invite you to stay and have a style that for me is industrial, but quite cozy.
For example, on the walls you can notice that they are covered in cement with a good finish, but unpainted, and this along with the play of lights that was arranged along the entire wall, in different directions, makes it look really beautiful.
Another feature that I love about this place is the metal ceiling, very similar to the huge containers in which goods are transported by sea, from which you can see artificial plants hanging from metal structures distributed in rectangles throughout the place, surrounded by lights that undoubtedly give a very charming touch and that combines perfectly with the furniture, which is divided into three sectors.
For example, one of the sides of the place is completely covered by a bench attached to the wall, covered in black leather, with bronze-colored metal inlays that look very beautiful, and is an area dedicated to large groups, where we sat when we went to lunch for my mother's birthday.
Towards the other side of the place, they have a place with round tables, unlike the square ones at the other end, these are only for 4 people, although I found them a little small, especially because they bring you the pizza on a large wooden base, and they also bring plates for everyone, plus the glasses for the drinks is a little uncomfortable, but we had a good time so tight, because our children are still small, so it was not a big deal.
And continuing with the tour, the last space available for seating is a bar, for those who go alone, or for those who go just for a coffee and pastries from the bakery. I see it as for those who go for a short time, but it's still a nice area.
Finally, another thing I liked, was the area where the person in charge of preparing the pizzas is, because they have a very nice counter with a wall covered in wood and bricks, which looks beautiful, and gives a little warmth to the place, in contrast to the industrial style, plus you can see from there how they prepare your pizza, which is super cool.
And as for the service, well I must say that it depends on who attends you, since on our first visit we were served by a guy who was a little distracted and not so friendly, on the other hand, the day of my mother's birthday, we were served by a girl, super nice and attentive, so it's a matter of luck.
Overall, I would say that it is an amazing experience to visit this place, especially for the prices, which is what makes it affordable for our family, because with only 6$ we were able to order a family pizza and a soft drink, which is more than enough.
The pizzas are DELICIOUS, they always have been! The dough is super tasty, thin, full cheese, homemade sauce, with a rich flavor, these pizzas are a 10/10.
