Hello, friends, I hope you have a nice and prosperous week, I want to tell you how the idea of making cookies at home was born, a few days ago my son's school called me, because he was taking away the cookies from his classmates, we at home do not have completely forbidden sugar, however we try to give him the least amount possible, in view of this situation we decided to make cookies at home to lower the amount of sugar and so he could take something moderately healthy in his lunchbox.
I started looking for a recipe that was easy, fast, delicious and not so sweet, so I found this one that I want to share with you today, it is not complicated at all, in fact sometimes we include Miguel in its preparation, since he loves to help in the kitchen, we are making them on Sundays so he can take them to his school during the week, I plan to experiment in several cookie recipes that I will share with you here.
First sift the wheat flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside
Beat the oil and sugar in the mixer for about 5 minutes, add the egg and beat for 3 more minutes.
Add the vanilla, then gradually add the flour mixture, when you add the last portion of flour will become very hard for the mixer, but manageable to the touch.
Finally add the cocoa and half stir, do not integrate completely to achieve the marbling effect and ready we make the balls.
Place in a buttered and floured tray, bake for 15/25 minutes at 180 degrees and ready to eat!
If it is difficult to handle the dough, you can moisten them with water or oil and easier to handle the mixture, and you can make the cookies the size you want, what I can guarantee is that they are soft, perfect to accompany a coffee, a glass of milk, in my case ideal for a snack, sometimes when we prepare it I add less sugar or more cocoa is to everyone's taste, the modifications you want to make to the recipe. I hope you enjoy it.
