Hi everyone I'm by name Morentis and this is my first time of posting in this wonderful community and it is a pleasure to share with you the steps on how I prepare a jollof rice and beans today so I believe that you guys wil every beat of my cooking
I brought rice and beans to the kitchen because I realized only rice won't be enough for me despite the fact that things are really costly now. The rice cost 2500 naira while beans is 3000 naira which is roughly $ 3.77
Requirements:
Fire wood
Pot and water
Beans and rice
onions fish and pepper
Maggie and salt
Washing of rice and beans
Vegitable.
The following are the processes I used:
First step:
The first step was to set the fire wood in the kitchen then. Put the pot on fire then I put my water inside the pot on fire.
Step two:
I added the required ingredients which were maggi, onions, pepper, fish and salt to bring out the taste of the food.
Step three: I put in the ingredients inside the pot then fry pam oil with onions, fish and pepper then I put my water inside the pot on fire then live it on the fire for like two minutes to boil because I used gas cooker. During this process, I checked and added my rice and beans inside the pot then mixed maggi and salt all together.
Step four:
I checked it to if the ingredients were okay.
This is the final step where I got my result. It is done and I put it down from fire. Here my delicious jollof rice and beans is ready
