Today my husband cooks

Good morning community of hive a few days ago in Argentina, exactly on May 25, the day of the homeland is commemorated, with which there are typical dishes of Argentine cuisine such as locro and meat empanadas. Today I bring you the recipe for empanadas.
Ingredients:
meat 1kg
Onions 800 gr
bell pepper 1
hard boiled eggs 3
Empanada tapas (with that amount of meat you get about 30 empanadas).
Seasonings: salt, pepper, bell pepper, paprika, oregano and cumin.
Preparation:
Fry the onion together with the bell pepper, when the onion becomes translucent add the meat and cook over low heat,

when the meat is cooked turn off the heat, add the chopped eggs and season, let the filling cool to start filling the empanadas.

The empanadas can be baked (healthier) or fried in fat (not healthy but tastier), on this very special day we fry them in fat on the plow disc
