Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una deliciosa receta que prepare de 2 tortas en 1, lo mejor es que lo hice en modo video, creo que esta es mi primera vez que grabo al estilo vlog, así que espero que les guste.
todo el audio del video esta en español, por eso dejaré aquí en la descripción la traducción al inglés para el disfrute de todos.
Receta de Torta 2 en 1:
Ingredientes bases:
4 huevos
2 tazas de azúcar
1 taza de mantequilla derretida
1 taza de leche
3 tazas de harina de trigo leudante
Para variar los sabores usaré para una torta jalea de guayaba y para otro chocolate en polvo para hacer un marmoleado.
Preparación:
En la batidora poner a batir los huevos con el azúcar, cuando estén cremosos agregamos la mantequilla derretida y luego alternamos agregando por partes la leche y la harina hasta que estén todos los ingredientes mezclados.
Dividiremos la masa en dos partes, una parte en un molde pequeño al que le agregaremos la jalea de guayaba en cubitos, y la otra parte, en un molde más grande, donde agregaremos la masa y separaremos un poco de pasa para allí mezclar el chocolate en polvo y luego agregarlo al molde y hacer así el marmoleado de la torta.
Llevar las tortas al horno precalentado por 30 a 45 minutos a temperatura media, cuando estén listas las sacamos del horno y dejamos enfriar, para luego desmoldar.
Y eso es todo, a disfrutarlas con un cafecito, o café con leche en familia y la opción de la torta pequeña sirve para dar de regalo a una persona querida.

Today I want to share with you a delicious recipe I prepared for 2 cakes in 1. The best thing is that I did it in video mode. I think this is my first time recording in vlog style, so I hope you like it.

2 in 1 Cake Recipe:
Ingredients bases:
4 eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 cup melted butter
1 cup milk
3 cups leavening wheat flour
To vary the flavors I will use for one cake guava jelly and for another chocolate powder to make a marbling.
Preparation:
In the mixer put to beat the eggs with the sugar, when they are creamy add the melted butter and then alternate adding by parts the milk and flour until all the ingredients are mixed.
We will divide the dough in two parts, one part in a small mold to which we will add the guava jelly in cubes, and the other part, in a bigger mold, where we will add the dough and separate a little bit of raisin to mix the chocolate powder and then add it to the mold to make the marbling of the cake.
Take the cakes to the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes at medium temperature, when they are ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool, and then unmold them.
And that's all, enjoy them with a cup of coffee or coffee with milk with the family and the option of the small cake can be given as a gift to a loved one.
