Community, En esta ocasión, vengo a compartir con ustedes, una rutina de principalmente para aquellas personas que tenga poca fuerza de tirón, una rutina de bíceps y espalda muy buena para que poco a poco vayan desarrollando esa fuerza para conseguir lo que sería su primera dominada.
