Hola comunidad de hiveFood hoy les traigo mi participación en la sexta edición especial la cual son las bebidas; esta vez decidí hacer jugo antioxidantes a pesar que los ingredientes son todos de un solo color no dude en presentarles esta bebida ya que suelo tomarlo casi todos los días en ayuna. Este tipo de jugo me ayuda hacer mi digestión fácilmente ademas que me funciona para recargar energía durante el día, siempre me he cuidado de esta manera antes de desayunar me tomo un vaso de este jugo.

Hello hiveFood community today I bring you my participation in the sixth special edition which are the drinks; this time I decided to make antioxidant juice although the ingredients are all of a single color I did not hesitate to present this drink as I usually take it almost every day on an empty stomach. This type of juice helps me to make my digestion easily and it also works to recharge energy during the day, I have always taken care of myself this way before breakfast I drink a glass of this juice.

Por otra parte debemos tener en cuenta la cantidad de vitamina C que aporta la manzana verde además de su fuente natural que es antioxidantes, se convierte en una de las frutas con buenos beneficios como les había dicho mejora la digestión también nos ayuda a regular la azúcar en la sangre, en pocas palabras nos sirve para limpiar nuestro cuerpo de cualquier tocino.

Lo primero que vamos a hacer es exprimir el limón, también podemos quitarle toda la cáscara del limón y cortarlo en trozos. Por lo general lo exprimo porque el jugo lo dejó por varios días y si lo corto en trozo tiende a ponerse amargo.

Pasamos a cortar el pepino junto con el perejil y la manzana verde; lo picamos en trozos pequeños para que la licuadora no sufra mucho.

Al tener todo picado, colocamos todo en la licuadora yo coloco primero el pepino luego el perejil y de última la manzana verde.

Seguimos con el sumo del limón, luego una taza de agua y una cucharada de azúcar (pueden agregar la cantidad que deseen).

Licuamos todo muy bien hasta que esté todo incorporado.

Blend everything very well until it is all incorporated.

Al terminar de licuarlo pasamos a colarlo para así evitar los grumos de los ingredientes.

Listo, a disfrutar de esta deliciosa bebida, además de eso nos sirve para refrescarnos durante el día, a mí me funciona para todo hasta cuando tengo mucha hambre me tomo un vaso de jugo y me calma la ansiedad.
