Greetings friends of #hive, this time I join the Initiative: Cooking in full color with HiveFood Black Edition #7, looking for different recipes about the caraota, I find the Brownies, well known for being a full chocolate cake, but this time the caraotas will be the complement or rather the substitute for wheat flour.
I have always liked to eat beans with sugar and making this dessert is something that I am going to enjoy with all my heart.
Without further ado, let's start with the ingredients and the procedure, I hope you like it.
Ingredientes:
- 400 gramos de caraotas negras o judías negras cocidas
- 3 huevos
- 70 gramos de cacao en polvo
- 100 gramos de azúcar
- 3 cucharadas de aceite
- 1 cucharada de vainilla
- 1/2 cucharita de polvo de hornear
- 1 pizca de sal
- Gotas de chocolate (opcional)
Ingredients:
- 400 grams of cooked black beans or black beans
- 3 eggs
- 70 grams of cocoa powder
- 100 grams of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Chocolate drops (optional)
Procedimiento:
Procedure:
1.- In the blender place the beans, oil and eggs, blend until a dough is formed.
2.- When ready, we take the dough to a bold, and we integrate the sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla, we mix until they are integrated.
3.- We continue with the integration of the cocoa until we obtain a homogeneous mixture, not using flour, it feels thicker but with a rich flavor.
4.- Finally we take the mixture to a mold with waxed paper and if you don't have it you can put butter and cocoa powder in it so it doesn't stick.
I sprinkled white chocolate drops, this is optional because I wanted to give a contrast to the brownies.
I preheated the oven to 180°C and baked the brownie for 25 minutes.
