Happy Sunday friends of Hive Food tonight I want to share with you a little bit about how I made these sigh palettes. It was a request that an aunt made me and the truth is that I love making sighs, but I was a little afraid when making these palettes because it was the first time I made them and also that they were strong colors since the birthday was Batman and that's why these palettes were yellow and black but they turned out beautiful and my aunt was delighted with her order.
The main thing to make a good sigh is to have a firm Italian meringue as you can see in the photos and if it is not firm when adding color and even more so if it is a strong color it can be damaged. In the tray where we would place these palettes we place paper to prevent the palettes from sticking, in a pastry bag we place the two colors to make the palettes, once the palettes are assembled we are going to put them in the oven for approximately an hour and a half at a temperature of approximately 90 degrees since what we need to do is dehydrate the Italian meringue.
