Hello friends, happy day! I hope you are feeling well and that you had a great weekend. As for me, I am doing much better thanks to God, recovering from a bad flu. I tell you that today I was looking at the photos in my gallery and I found some photos of a post that I owed you and that of course, I take the opportunity to share with you today, it is a restaurant which I had the joy of visiting on my return to Bogota.
The place is called Restaurant Park ''Los Dinosaurios'' and is located throughout the Santa Sofia road in the department of Boyaca, looking for something to have lunch we came across this place which caught our attention by a large sign that said ''the best charcoal meats'' without thinking so much we stopped to taste their seasoning, the restaurant is surrounded by many mountains and beautiful scenery, also has a mini amusement park in the back, for the little ones.
Upon arrival we sat down, looked at the menu and although the main idea was to order a parrillada for the four of us since they claim to be the best in the region, in the end we wanted to give the charcoal grilled meat a chance since it looked delicious, the dish contained charcoal grilled churrasco (beef chata), bathed with the house chimichurri, French fries, handmade sausage and patacón. For a value of $45.000 Colombian pesos ($10.80 US Dollars).
Before the main course we decided to order an appetizer, which consisted of longaniza with a spicy touch, chorizo, creole potato and chili for $18.000 Colombian pesos ($4.32 USD). Everything was really delicious, from the starter to the main course, the meat felt super juicy, soft and with that unique touch that gives the charcoal and of course, the chimichurri bath, the French fries were quite crispy and although I do not know if they are the best in the region if I can say that it was super rich, as an accompaniment to our lunch we opted for a refreshing natural lemonade with plenty of ice.
It was a pleasant experience, the restaurant is quite spacious and with a lovely climate, friendly service and beautiful view, we also noticed that tourists visit it a lot because they sell homemade ice creams that apparently are very good. The truth is that I could not finish the whole plate because the piece of meat was quite large, however, I was able to enjoy its flavor because it was really delicious. Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que hayan tenido un excelente fin de semana. Por mi parte, mucho mejor gracias a Dios, recuperándome de una fuerte gripa. Les cuento que hoy me encontraba viendo las fotos en mi galería y encontré algunas fotos de un post que les debía y que por supuesto, aprovecho de compartirles el día de hoy, se trata de un restaurante el cual tuve la dicha de visitar en mi regreso a Bogotá.
El lugar lleva por nombre Restaurante parque ''Los Dinosaurios'' y queda ubicado en toda la vía santa Sofía del departamento de Boyacá, buscando algo que almorzar nos topamos con dicho lugar el cual nos llamó la atención por un gran letrero que decía ''las mejores carnes al carbón'' sin pensarlo tanto hicimos la parada para degustar su sazón, el restaurante esta rodeado de muchas montañas y lindos paisajes, también cuenta con un mini parque de diversiones en la parte de atrás, para los más pequeños.
Al llegar nos sentamos, observamos el menú y aunque la idea principal era pedir una parrillada para los cuatro ya que dicen ser las mejores de la región, al final quisimos darle la oportunidad a la carne al carbón ya que se leía deliciosa, el platillo contenía churrasco (chata de res) al carbón, bañado con chimichurri de la casa, papitas francesas, longaniza artesanal y patacón. Por un valor de $45.000 pesos Colombianos ($10.80 Dólares)
Antes de llegar el plato fuerte decidimos pedir una entrada, la cual constaba de longaniza con un toque picante, chorizo, papa criolla y ají por un valor de $18.000 pesos Colombianos ($4.32 Dólares) Realmente todo estaba delicioso, desde la entrada hasta el plato fuerte, la carne se sentía super jugosa, suave y con ese toque único que le brinda el carbón y claro, el baño de chimichurri, las papas francesas estaban bastante crocantes y aunque no sé si son las mejores de la región si puedo decir que estaba super rica, como acompañante para nuestro almuerzo optamos por una refrescante limonada natural con bastante hielo.
Fue una grata experiencia, el restaurante es bastante amplio y con un clima encantador, atención amable y vista preciosa, también nos dimos cuenta que los turistas lo visitan mucho ya que venden unos helados artesanales que al parecer son muy buenos. La verdad yo no pude terminar todo el plato debido a que el pedazo de carne era bastante grande, sin embargo, pude disfrutar su sabor porque estaba realmente deliciosa.
