Siguiendo el hilo del primer post de edificios históricos convertidos en tiendas, nos vamos a uno que su dueño no era una familia aristocrática. En este caso era una sociedad o empresa en forma de casino.

Situado al principio de la calle Larga de Jerez fue el lugar de reunión de toda la burguesía del siglo XIX de la ciudad.
Located at the beginning of Calle Larga in Jerez, it was the meeting place of the city's 19th century bourgeoisie.
Con el tiempo fue perdiendo socios y el edificio fue abandonado. Un siglo después fue vendido a una multinomial textil. Gracias a Zara pude entrar y fotografiar el edificio por dentro.
Over time it lost its membership and the building was abandoned. A century later it was sold to a multinomial textile company. Thanks to Zara I was able to enter and photograph the inside of the building.
Destaca por su patio central con una cubierta de cristal y forja que deja entrar la luz natural.
It stands out for its central courtyard with a glass and wrought iron roof that lets in natural light.
El tiempo ha hecho que la tienda de ropa cierre y ahora el edificio está en plena reforma. Según me han dicho, en el futuro este inmueble se va a convertir en un hotel de lujo. Me parece una buena iniciativa.
