¡Hola amigos de cocina creativa! Comer saludable no tiene porque ser aburrido, en cambio es una oportunidad para ser bastantes creativos en la cocina, está tortilla la prepare con la intensión de bajarle un poco al consumo de harinas que había tenido durante la semana y está es buena opción para comer delicioso. Así que vi que ingredientes tenía disponibles en la cocina para poder realizar mi idea, así que junte topochos con pollo que tenía almacenado en la nevera y huevos para hacer la mezcla de la tortilla. Está receta me resultó tan buena que creo que dejaré de comer pan y arepas por algunos días, acá les dejaré su proceso de elaboración para que la hagan cuando gusten.
