Carrot Salad RAW

Make 2 Servings

Ingredients :

° 4 carrots, spiralized or grated in a food processor

° 1/2 lemon, juiced

° 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

° 2 tbsp olive oil or flax oil

° 1/2 cup parsley leaves,chopped

° 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions :

  1. In a food processor, grate carrots.

  2. Place carrots in a bowl and add all other ingredients.
