Today I would love to share with you my healthy and delicious dessert recipe. It’s easy to make . I use only 5 ingredients, nutritious and rich in good properties ingredients . This dessert can be alternative with your sweet food. This is also treat specially when you are avoiding sugar in your diet. Let’s begin!!

Ingredients:
1 kl of Organic Apples
By your choice
Tips : when you're avoiding sugar use green apples . It contain low sugar
2 tbsp Stevia (Alternative for Sugar)
1 tsp Canelle / Cinnamon
1 tbsp Lemon
100 ml water
Preperation:
After 15-20-mins turn off the stove.
-5. Mix using Soup mixer until the consistency is thick like in the photo .
-6. Let it cool ..And Viola! Your Apple Mousse is ready to serve.. Bon Appétit!!
