The Super Salad! (You Might Feel Like Super man..... TRY IT!)

Hello Lovely souls! I made an amazing salad the other day! I would love for you to try it out! Feel your soul come alive!

                                            The Super Salad

Ingredients:

⦁ Romaine lettuce

⦁ Red cabbage

⦁ Grape tomatoes

⦁ Avocado

⦁ Red Bell Peppers

⦁ Yellow peppers

⦁ Fresh ginger

⦁ Lemon

⦁ Apple cider vinegar

⦁ Coconut oil

⦁ Black pepper

⦁ Himalayan pink salt

If you want to add other ingredients to your salad such as nuts, fruits, etc. then please do so! The sky is the limit! 


How to Prepare:

⦁ All ingredients go inside large metal or plastic bowl.

⦁ Cut romaine lettuce into big enough pieces for you to enjoy, however you prefer to enjoy 

⦁ Slice red cabbage finely into small pieces

⦁ Cut grape tomatoes in halves

⦁ Slice bell peppers into small pieces

⦁ Grate ginger root into large bowl as much as you want

⦁ Slice lemon in half and squeeze fresh juice into bowl

⦁ Grab measuring cup or regular cup and pour desired apple cider vinegar into cup, then pour cup into the large bowl

⦁ Take a metal spoon and scoop up extra virgin organic coconut oil, then put coconut oil inot large bowl (use fingers or heat up if necessary)

⦁ Sprinkle black pepper into bowl

⦁ Sprinkle himalayan pink salt

⦁ Mix all ingredients in bowl with your hands!

⦁ Massage all ingredients together with your hands until salad looks smaller and broken down (Massage for 2 min)

⦁ Lastly, Slice avocado into slices, and put slices on top of salad and enjoy! (use whole avocado)

Enjoy Salad. No dressing necesary, no cooking, little prep time, fresh, and super healthy!
