Go straight to bed after meal

Many people choose to continue sleeping after eating meal before starting the activity. Whereas sleep after eating has some negative effects for both short-term and long-term health. If you sleep under 2 hours after eating, the digestive tract has not had time to grind the food we consume before bed.

Well, this will cause disruption of the digestive tract and the absorption of nutrients in the body. The end result, the food we eat is not able to produce the energy needed by the body and actually even accumulate in the body causing fat.
