16 Kilos in 75 days - day 1

The first day is done. I still have some middle of life that don't fit into the diet, but I'm too stingy to throw it away. But it was only the first day anyway.
I walked about 14 kilometers, a part of it uphill and downhill and after about 7.5km diving directly.
I had the most beautiful cramps in my calves for a long time. Better a break in between.
