70% of our body consists of water and the amount of water inside of our body is crucial for all life functions.

Water is the most important thing you need to consume and the majority of people will not survive for more than a couple of days without water.

The problem is that even though we know water is important, many of us don't drink nearly enough. This causes our body to retain water adding to our weight and slows down our metabolism making it sluggish and not effective.

So the first simple way to lose exessive weight is to drink enough water. Once you have a consistently adequate amount of water in your body you will start losing weight because your water will stop retaining water and because your metabolism will start to accelerate.

Moreover, drinking enough water will make your skin to look better in a couple of days and you will have higher endurance both physically and mentally.

How much is enough water?

There are many opinions and formulas out there but a good rule of thumb to follow is to divide your body weight in Kg by 30 or your body weight in pounds divided by 65 and to drink the number you got as an answer in litres.

For example - if you weigh 150 pounds divide it by 65 and you get 2.3. So you should drink 2.3 liters of water every day.

This sounds like a lot of water to drink during a day but this is exactly where you can use the tips I am going to share with you.

Drink water 10 minutes before every meal

It's a pretty simple tip to follow, 10 minutes before every meal drink 2 cups of water. This way you are certian to get a good portion of your daily norm and as an extra benefit you will actually eat less getting you faster to tour desired result.

Drink water first thing when you wake up

Keep a bottle of water next to your bed and drink as much as you can first thing when you wake up. This will get your body the water it so badly desires after a whole night of sleep and give a boost to your metabolism, waking you up and getting you a strong start to your day.

Keep Water Evrywhere

This is a tip that helps me to drink enough. I just keep bottles of water everywhere- next to the bed, in the living room, on my desk and in my car. This way I always have water when I am thirsty.

Water is just simple water

Infused water is not water , neither is soda,coffee, tea and juice. Water is simply water and only simple water get your thirst quenched and body hydrated.
