Bianca's Weight Loss Journey: Professional Help [ Part 21 ]

Today I had my first talk with my nutritionist who happens to be my friend too and it was awesome.

Seriously, if you have ever considered changing the way you see food, go to a professional. We all think we have thisiunder control, but it doesn't matter if you are slim or fat, this professional can guide you to a more conscientious eating habit.

I know the first days are going to be hard af, mainly because now I have a proper breakfast :P but I know that’s just the beginning. :)

Something I love about this new diet plan is that it includes mostly things I like eating - the healthy ones at least - and it also gives me 8 days off to eat whatever I want.
He gave me an awesome tip: start my 24h free meal on Saturday after 18h and finish it at 18h, so I can enjoy a dinner on Saturday with friends and drinks, and the cinema on Sunday with @exyle. It’s a 2 month diet plan, so I basically have weekends to enjoy and keep my social life on point.

I told him I also take some supplements, such as vitamins (B, C, D, Magnesium) and he said it was just great. Proud of myself!

Another thing that's going to help me and make my experience easier: I can add all my meals in a App we both have access, so he'll see which meals I'm following better and what I'm not eating properly and we can both work on this together. Super cool, isn't it?

I'm so happy! :)
I love that I finally admit that I need professional help and this help is there for me now, someone who truly understands what it's better for me.
