Por esta época del año nos llenamos de buenas intenciones, trabajamos en la proyección de deseos, sueños, metas, propósitos, activamos rituales y creencias de abundancia, prosperidad y en línea general, tenemos una disposición especial para realizar cambios positivos en nuestras vidas. Aprovechar este impulso de energía positiva es importante para aquellos que creemos en los inicios, en los nuevos ciclos que se abren, en la renovación de la esperanza y la convicción de que podemos hacer mucho para ser y estar en mayor bienestar físico, mental y espiritual. Por ello es oportuno crear las mejores condiciones para que los cambios que queremos florezcan y den sus frutos, en otras palabras acondicionemos el terreno donde queremos sembrar que no es otro que nuestro espacio interior, vamos a limpiarlo de malezas, aflojemos la tierra, sembremos la semilla, reguémosla con la luz de nuestros pensamientos y la coherencia con lo que, pensamos, decimos y hacemos. Nuestra parcela interior es amplia o más bien infinita, podemos comenzar a limpiarla de malezas por el lado que prefiramos o que nos resulte más conveniente, lo que sí es sumamente importante es hacerlo con constancia, pues como sabemos hay malezas que hunden fuertemente sus raíces por lo que requieren de una energía extra para erradicarlas.

Aquí es donde llega la hora de soltar. Soltar lo que nos pesa, lo que nos maltrata, lo que nos duele, los rencores, resentimientos, miedos, inseguridades, apegos afectivos y materiales, pensamientos y actitudes que no se corresponden con lo que queremos y deseamos, en fin todo aquello que se convierte en un peso muerto que no nos permite avanzar, tomando en cuenta que si nos empeñamos en sembrar sin haber limpiado bien, es probable que los frutos no sean de muy buena calidad. Por otra parte, seguro que has escuchado, en más de una oportunidad, que para que lleguen cosas nuevas a nuestra vida tenemos que abrir espacios, esta premisa es aplicable a todos los ámbitos de la vida, no solamente al closet para que nos llegue ropa nueva y es fácil de comprender cuando nos plateamos, por ejemplo, ¿´Cómo puedo estar en bienestar si me siento llena de inconformidad, resentimiento, críticas o pensando siempre en el peor escenario? Siguiendo con la analogía de la parcela y la siembra, recordemos que cuando el suelo se satura de agua, su vía para volver al equilibrio es el desbordamiento y a su paso va arrastrando todo, sin ningún tipo de discriminación. Aquí encontramos otro fundamento para soltar, todo lo que vas metiendo en tu mochila va aumentando el peso de la carga, acumular lo que no requerimos es el lenguaje claro de la carencia, el temor a no tener en el futuro, el lenguaje de la abundancia va, por otro lado: solo tengo y quiero aquello que requiero verdaderamente y no lo que surge de necesidades creadas. Otra buena razón para soltar es que cuando lo hacemos nos sentimos liberados, aunado a esta gratificante sensación, el autoconcepto y la autoestima mejoran, nuestra fuerza interna crece al sabernos capaces de tomar decisiones, de decir que no a lo que nos perjudica o no requerimos y nos acercamos más al equilibrio y la coherencia aumentando nuestro bienestar. Como posiblemente hayas vivenciado, soltar no se logra por decreto, tampoco es de un día para el otro, es un paso a paso en el cual vamos a avanzar hasta llegar a donde queremos.
