Lots of fiber will help you go to the toilet!

I wrote about the Twin Experiment series on Netflix yesterday, and I promised that I would write a few quotes about carrots in the upcoming days. After all, if you can change a daily snack bar with a carrot, you have already taken a step in the right direction, towards health, and also joy. Even though you might get an endorphin kick by eating chocolate, the long-term effect isn't good. If you eat a carrot, you might not get the immediate endorphin boost, but you will get the joy of choosing good, and it will help you throughout the day.

So, carrots are full of fiber, and if you didn't know it already, fibers will help you loosen up your stool. It has multiple effects, from making your intestines contract more regularly (thus pushing the stool in the right direction), it can soften it up to make it easier to move around, and some fibers will help the intestine contract more regularly, thus helping the job of moving your stool in the right direction.

I should also mention that carrots help the microbiome of your gut, which is utterly important if you want to be and live healthy!
