Dr. Greer has a lot of good information and a lot of disinformation baggage affixed to his persona. This is not an endorsent of this information, it is another area of discernment to consider.
My humble opinion is that there are many extra-terrestials that function at different scales from where human minds dwell. For instance, microbiology - lot's of important terrestrial life that has plenty of intelligence, yet even though it is a major part of what makes us us, we don't even attempt communication at their scale, except with ammonia and bleach.
