Biking to The Farm

There is not much entertainment in the village where I live. There is not much thing to do. Or it's just me not yet finding things to do. After all, it's been 20 years since I left the village. So, in the afternoon we (my kids and me) went biking to the farm which belongs to my parents to keep my kids entertained.

I am concerned about that they don't have friends in the village yet. I am concerned that they don't have things to do. The entertainment places, the town park is closed. So, biking to the farm is so far the best option we have.

So around 4 PM yesterday afternoon, we went riding bikes to the farm. This would keep them occupied and not thinking about friends or entertainments.

There was not so much traffic in the road. So, it was easy for my kids to ride their bikes. In the capital of Bali, Denpasar, where I lived, there were 'million of motor bikes' on the street. Biking there would surely make them nervous.

Along the road, there were a lot of rice fields. These fields had their rice plants been harvested a while ago. It would look much nicer when there were rice plants growing on it. Maybe next time.

Finally after biking for twenty minutes or so, we arrived in the farm. When in the farm, they just spent biking around for few minutes. Then I took them walking along some rice field path and looking at birds or trying to catch grasshoppers or butterflies.

When going home we took some moringa leaves, and abanana flower. These were for soup or curry. It's not decided yet on the time this post is written.
