Today we are going to initiate the 2nd airdrop for #gardenerbadge users! For a while now, I have been working with @ecoinstant and @taintedblood on a token project called #Edenbuxx [on #hive-engine]. We created a voting bot linked to staking rewards. We have also focused on several token crossovers [that pair with gardening content]. One of these tokens is build token that is connected to the https://www.build-it.io/ tribe front end.
Build-it is a DIY front end for construction type projects. Recently, they announced a large update that involved a token swap and a re-branding. I'm a bit weary of this update, but I am deciding to just roll with the transition. The new token is called "BUIDL" {Lol eew wtf is that name change}. They are also selling a LOT of the new token for VERY cheap [14k hive worth of the new tokens at 0.00001 hive each]. In other words, my first investment is now rendered useless and I had to re-buy myself onto the richlist {BOOOOOOO! throws rotten tomato}.
Technically this new price break COULD be a good thing if this project somehow mass adopts, so let's keep our fingers crossed. I'm a bit worried about the actual plans for this project ... or lack thereof. There are a lot of buzz phrases in their announcement like "this project has what it takes to bring financial equity to the world we live in." I'm not really seeing any actual long term plans. However, at the very worst this airdrop was a HUGE waste of $5. I like the idea of a DIY front end, so let's be hopeful. Maybe we will be the DIY whales of the future and it will be an expensive token {I can dream right?! Lol}.

The good thing about this airdrop is that the price is fixed REALLY low right now [for #buidl tokens]. There is almost no change of someone dumping their tokens from this airdrop [not financial or personal advice]. If you WERE to stake the tokens right now, you could start blogging and hopefully, in theory, make money on the long term valuation of this tribe front end! PLEASE post only DIY content. I will flag any Badge user for spam farming and also possibly take away your badge.
