I make it a practice to never throw branches from when I prune but rather trim off leaves and stick em in the soil and wait for them to grow
Step 1
Choose stems that have:
- the least leaves
- growing in the wrong direction (that would be sideways)
/Your plants need to be growing upward and not too much side ways or dropping downward/ - some that may look a bit dry or old
- for the sick ones you can definitely throw them out
Step 2
Get a pot with good drainage and put soil. Cut the stems diagonal at the end and near a node (a bump on the stem where the stems grow) and stick them onto the pot about 1-2 inches deep and water daily.
As you can see, these are my roses from stem cuttings, they're growing beautifully!
I hope you try growing and reproducing them.
You can use the flowers for so many things.
Now I got my mini Rose farm 🌹🌹🌹 so happy.
