This morning (aproximately 6 hours ago) Toby Fox's twitter account was absolutely bombarded with pretty criptic tweets. These tweets ranged on from weird quotes and weird conversations being directed to the players. Even if he had asked players who had completed Undertale to be there in 24 hours of the announcement, this doesn't make it less cryptic or even worse, less disturbing. Check a couple of his tweets out.
If you're into this story as much as me, you will feel hyped, but more so concerned about the fact of what's behind this cryptic messaging. What is Deltarune and what does it have to do with Undertale? Is this a confirmed Sequel to the game? We can only know by downloading the software and holding tight to our chair for the trip that we'll be onboard. (Btw, Deltarune is an anagram of Undertale, so there's that.)
I've actually gotten to downloading the archive by some irregular means (because the page would give me an error) And the only thing left to actually do is to play the game but I would like to know if you guys would be willing to watch a gameplay video of it of some sorts? Cuz i'll be down to record some footage to upload it exclusively to Dtube for you guys. So anyways, i'll probably dissapear for a couple of hours while playing this so called sequel but I'll leave you guys with some screenshots I could catch on youtube before leaving.
I don't want to spoil too much though, but you basically get to create your own character or vessel as how the game calls it. I'm literally shaking right because oh my god, we've known how crazy toby fox can get with underlying plots over the story so i'm more than ready to start digging into this.
Will we find the characters we already know? Will the monsters and more importantly us still be trapped underground like in Undertale? The only way to find out is to actually install the game and start playing. I'll definitely tell you guys how this goes and what it means.
There's actually not a lot to be said before we all have played the game, but I just wanted to bgring this announcement to you guys and know what you thought about this. I apologize before hand is this post isn't that well written but I kindof wrote it while I was searching through more data, opinion and actually downloaded software to record my gameplay of this bizarre announcement we got in our hands... But in the end what's left is to be sure to visit Deltarune page and check the game out for yourself! Although be careful when uninstalling the game once you're done with it. Caution is advised.
