If i were to define Battle Royale its rather simple 100 players jump on an island that has a constantly-shrinking safe zone, the goal of the game is to kill every one, Last person standing wins. This rather simple definition has created a subgenre of shooting games that is exploding with popularity at the moment. It all started with "PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds," or "PUBG" for short the smash hit of 2017 and then the free-to-play game "Fortnite" which has 78.3 million monthly players, according to Epic. And now Call of duty is in the mix with the release of its own battle royale named Blackout.

Battle royale games are every where these days from our home consoles,to our PC's and now even on mobile phones, Games like PUBG mobile are topping the Charts. Fortnite mobile took it one step further ditching Google Play Store for Epic’s own website to download the game and still managing 15 million Fortnite downloads and 23 million players on Android by September 7Source just 21 days after the game's beta release.
So what makes this genre so appealing to so many players?
Let's take a look at why this is a hit and what makes the experience of each battle royale game unique.

Battle Royale games have large maps that give you a lot of freedom as the match unfolds. Every match is different as popular places like pochinki in PUBG gets associated with huge, tense fights--with ~100 players as variables. There's a certain anxiety and tension from staying alive that drives it, along with the rush of the first few minutes. An element of chance/gambling in weapons/equipment you find adds to its addictiveness.

Just look at Youtube or the biggest game streaming platform Twitch,or even our own platform Dtube. If you want the biggest live audiences on the site Battleroyale are the games to go. Battle Royale games are eminently watchable — The pacing in a typical match is not just constant action. Players also interact with each other, raising tension levels as players gather equipment, only to hear or see someone nearby — or get completely ambushed by another player they didn’t know was present.And it’s not all about winning . It’s about all of the fun and hilarious things that can happen along the way, and experiencing that with your friends makes these games unique.

But it doesn't matter how good a game is, after a few weeks or months we all get bored and move on but these games are not like that they are constantly evolving with new updates,tweaks,maps and game modes in an effort to maintain interest in the games. They have included new , with even more fundamental changes expected in the future.
